Job Description

  • We're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to develop and implement our online strategy, manage our social media presence, and drive business growth through digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, SEO, and internet marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive online business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and maintain Alpha Partners' social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align online efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, SEO, and internet marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving online engagement and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, platforms, and tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing Software).
  • Excellent content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
