About the Job

• We are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual to join our team as an Experienced Field Marketer.
• If you’re passionate about marketing, have a knack for reaching out to prospective clients, and have experience in the travel industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies to promote Lightheights Global Services to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, particularly in educational and travel sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify and approach prospective clients.
• Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve company-wide sales and marketing goals.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing or sales.
• Proven experience in the travel industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an added advantage.
