Job Title: Operations & Research Assistant

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Research Assistant to support key operational and research initiatives at Lily Hospitals. This is a 6-month volunteer role, ideal for recent graduates with First Class Honors (BSc/HND) who are eager to contribute to impactful projects and gain valuable experience in healthcare operations and research.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data gathering, analysis, and reporting for various operational and research projects.
• Support the planning and execution of operational tasks to improve efficiency across teams.
• Contribute to preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for management review.
• Conduct research to inform decision-making and support operational strategies.
• Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in any field, preferably with First Class Honors.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
