Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary
- In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hospitality services, with a focus on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in corporate, events, and travel sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Conduct site visits and walk-throughs with potential clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or event planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly (gross).
