- Manage the sales and marketing team to ensure targets are met.
- Market intelligence
- Measure performance of the sales and marketing team
- Identify sales and marketing performance gaps and ensure corrective measures are put in place
- Identify and communicate market changes, competitors strategies and trends in the industry
