Position Overview

• We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Company Driver to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of our personnel and goods.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, a comprehensive understanding of vehicle maintenance, and a deep knowledge of traffic regulations.
• As a vital member of Buckler Systems, the Company Driver will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for reliability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Ensure the secure and timely transport of employees, clients, and company materials to various destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of company vehicles, promptly addressing any issues to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adherence to Schedules: Follow designated routes and schedules meticulously, ensuring punctuality and operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to guarantee the safety of passengers and cargo.
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.
• Customer Service: Deliver courteous and professional service to all passengers, embodying the values and integrity of Buckler Systems.
• Assistance: Aid in loading and unloading goods as necessary, ensuring proper handling and security of all items.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND in any relevant course
• Minimum of SSCE

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years proven experience as a professional driver, preferably within a corporate or logistics environment.
• License: Valid driver’s license with an exemplary driving record.
• Skills: Superior driving abilities with a thorough understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance.
• Professionalism: High degree of professionalism, dependability, and punctuality.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Extensive knowledge of Lagos Environs
• Good Knowlege Of the use of GPS device/google map.
