Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to join our team.
• The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and safety records.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team and resolve any issues that may arise on-site.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, and promote a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
