Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Locations: Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of event rental items.
• This role involves managing warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the facility operates smoothly to meet the company’s event logistics and rental needs.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management:

• Supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching event rental items.
• Ensure inventory is organized and stored efficiently for easy retrieval.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the accurate recording and monitoring of inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Report damaged, missing, or defective items and coordinate replacements or repairs.

Staff Supervision and Training:

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Provide training on safety, equipment handling, and company protocols.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment among team members.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery of rental items.
• Ensure that items are packed and loaded securely for transport.
• Monitor the return of items, verifying their condition against inventory records.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce workplace safety standards and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct safety training and regular inspections of equipment and facilities.

Warehouse Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Ensure proper functioning of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and loading tools.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance or repairs as necessary.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain records on inventory, staff schedules, and operational performance.
• Generate reports on warehouse activities, such as stock levels and order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with management about operational updates and challenges.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
