Job Summary

• We are looking for a qualified Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa services to our clients.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for enlightening the clients on various body treatments, massage techniques, and spa services.
• He or She will also be responsible for customizing the massage treatments as per the client’s requirements and should possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform various spa treatments (massages, facials, body wraps, etc.).
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate products for at-home care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Provide product recommendations and promote spa services.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• A certificate in Beauty Therapy is an added advantage.
• 2+ years of experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Proficient in various spa treatments and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of skincare products, and ingredients.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
