Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Summary

• The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products for the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• The role involves managing supplier relationships, maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing supply chain processes to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing procurement budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for FMCG products.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to meet e-commerce demand.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
• Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
