Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a financial firm, specialized in micro and corporate loan and investment. Established in July, 2014, we are currently operating in 12 States including Lagos State the head office.

Locations: Isolo, Mushin, Oshodi, Ikeja, Agege, Dopemu, Ogba, Maryland, Ketu, Mile 12, Iyana Ipaja, Abule Egba, Agbado Ijaiye and Ile-Epo - Lagos

Job Description

• Loan Officer responsibilities include preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information and calculating risk ratios.
• To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience.
• Ultimately, you will help our clients acquire loans in a timely manner, while ensuring all requitements are met.

Responsibilities

• Review loan requests
• Assess clients’ financial status
• Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
• Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests
• Set up payment plans
• Maintain updated records of loan applications
• Follow up with clients about loan renewals
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Weekly repayment collection

Requirements and Skills

• NCE / OND / HND / B.Sc in Banking and Finance, Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Loan Officer
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience.
