Job Summary
- We are seeking to hirea warm, welcoming, and exceptional Hospitality Officer to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring our clients feel pampered and relaxed in our luxurious environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, manage appointments, and handle check-ins/check-outs.
- Coordinate client services, treatments, and amenities.
- Provide personalized concierge services (refreshments, entertainment, etc.)
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and ambiance.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and feedback.
- Collaborate with therapists and management to enhance client experience.
- Manage client data, appointments, and communication.
- Develop and implement hospitality standards and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements/Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or luxury spa industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
