Job Title: Hospitality Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to hirea warm, welcoming, and exceptional Hospitality Officer to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring our clients feel pampered and relaxed in our luxurious environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, manage appointments, and handle check-ins/check-outs.
  • Coordinate client services, treatments, and amenities.
  • Provide personalized concierge services (refreshments, entertainment, etc.)
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and ambiance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and feedback.
  • Collaborate with therapists and management to enhance client experience.
  • Manage client data, appointments, and communication.
  • Develop and implement hospitality standards and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements/Qualification

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or luxury spa industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
