Domeo Resources International - Our client, a Medical Spa, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Aesthetician

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Spa Manager

Main Function

• The Aesthetician delivers professional skincare treatments and provides expert advice on maintaining skin health, ensuring clients receive the best care in aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Performing Treatments: Provide skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced treatments like microneedling.
• HOCATT Administration: Administer HOCATT treatments for skin care or detoxification process ensuring proper protocols are followed.
• Skin Consultations: Assess client skin conditions, perform skin analysis, and recommend individualized treatment plans and products.
• Client Education: Teach clients about skincare routines and how to maintain results after treatments.
• Sanitation & Safety: Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized and follow spa protocols to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Treatment Customization: Tailor treatments to client needs, adjusting techniques and products for skin type and conditions.
• Sales & Upselling: Promote retail products and services, and educate clients on how these products can support their skincare goals.

Experience / Qualification

• Licensed Aesthetician
• 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or skincare environment.
• Knowledge of cosmetic devices and treatments.

• Skincare Expertise: Deep understanding of skin conditions, treatment technologies, and products.
• Customer Service: Friendly, engaging, and able to build long-term client relationships.
• Detail-Oriented: Able to analyze skin conditions and tailor treatments with precision.
• Product Knowledge: Familiar with skincare brands and able to recommend the right products for clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using aesthetic equipment and following medical protocols for advanced procedures.
