Job Summary

• We're looking for a seasoned Head of Operations who possess a unique blend of business development, operational, and technical expertise and will optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and implement processes, policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute company strategies.
• Ability to handle sessions and represent the company on radio stations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, operations, or management.
• Proven track record of driving growth, revenue, and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical expertise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
