Job Title: Agency Admin Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Agency Admin Manager will oversee agent's welfare. prepare reports, and ensure that new agents receive their code that all agents' commission payment are processed successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all correspondences from agents.
  • Ensure that all proposals are transmitted,
  • Processingadvance commission payment for agents.
  • Processing new agent's coding.
  • Creating weekly, monthly, quaterly and yearly production reports.
  • Making prpoer arrangement for management and agency.s manager's monthly meeting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative management
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in the insurance sector a MUST
  • Relevant Certifications an added advantage.
