Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• We are looking for a team leader with initiatives that drive brand awareness, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department, monitor and report on team goals
• Outsource & train team,Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in any relative field of study
• 3-5 years working experience as a Head of marketing/Team Leader/ Realtor in the Real Estate industry
• Good communication & team spirit
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Implement active multi-level marketing plans while increasing revenue.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Implement,maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
