Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Understand the clquirements and quantities take off as per marking and RCP drawings
- Prepare BOQ by studying specification sheets from the sales team
- Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract for a logical closure
- Manage costs for projects from the design phase to the final construction stage
- Providing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Monitor and manage costs to ensure project completion within budget
- Advise clients on legal matters and disputes
- Coordination with the design team for analyzing architectural and service drawings
- Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations
- Work closely with the pre-tendering activities with clients, project managers, architects, stakeholders and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender
- Prepare reports detailing costs and progress for clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and achieve value for money
Qualification & Experience
- Candidates should possess a BSc/HND in any relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Project Management, and NIQS is an added advantage.
