Job Description
- The Agency Manager will drive sales strategies and exceed target, develop high performing teams to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategy to drive business growth.
- Set sales target for the agency and individual agents.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet target.
- Conduct regular audit of agent's activities to ensure ethical practices.
- Oversee the handling of policy applications, renewals, claims and premium payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal requirement'
- Handle escalated clients' complaints or issues to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and success,
- Provide regular report to senior management on agency's performance including sales result, financials and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative management
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in the insurance sector a MUST
- Relevant Certifications an added advantage.
