Job Title: Agency Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Agency Manager will drive sales strategies and exceed target, develop high performing teams to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Set sales target for the agency and individual agents.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet target.
  • Conduct regular audit of agent's activities to ensure ethical practices.
  • Oversee the handling of policy applications, renewals, claims and premium payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal requirement'
  • Handle escalated clients' complaints or issues to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and success,
  • Provide regular report to senior management on agency's performance including sales result, financials and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative management
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in the insurance sector a MUST
  • Relevant Certifications an added advantage.
