Job Title: Legal / Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Staff Recruitment: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for sourcing, screening, and selecting sales staff to meet organizational goals.
• Create and execute training programs for new hires to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
• Use legal knowledge to maintain compliance with employment regulations and company policies 
• Support the Sales and Operations team by ensuring efficient processes are in place to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is required. 
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
•  Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet objectives.
