Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, from material preparation to on-site execution.
- This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversees daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and resource allocation.
- Ensures timely and efficient completion of cleaning tasks.
- Monitors and maintains inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Team Management:
- Recruits, hires, and trains new cleaning staff.
- Provides ongoing training and development to improve skills and performance.
- Motivates and leads the cleaning team to achieve operational goals.
- Manages performance, addresses issues, and implements disciplinary actions as needed.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Conducts regular inspections of cleaned areas to identify and rectify any issues.
- Implements quality control measures to maintain consistency.
- Client Communication:
- Communicates effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations.
- Addresses client concerns and resolves issues promptly.
- Builds strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Collects and analyzes operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepares regular reports on performance metrics, including productivity and efficiency.
- Provides recommendations for optimizing operations and reducing costs.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
