Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure optimal performance across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee performance appraisals and provide guidance on career development.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
