Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret financial data for real estate projects
- Develop and manage financial models to forecast project performance
- Maintain complex financial tracking spreadsheets
- Conduct thorough market research to identify investment opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations
- Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for property transactions
- Monitor and manage cash flow and financial performance of assets
- Negotiate and secure financing for real estate deals
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Review and approve project-related expenditures
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget forecasts
- Provide strategic financial recommendations based on market data
- Cooperate with property managers to enhance asset performance
- Prepare and review key financial statements
- Assist in long-term and annual business planning.
