Job Title: Solicitor Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee legal cases from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and preparing case strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
• Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and regulations.
• Ensure all legal practices and procedures comply with current legislation and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Law.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cases and client interactions effectively is a must.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation is a must.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of legal matters is required.
