Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Review architectural design submissions to ensure compliance with the company’s planning regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Analyse proposed designs for functionality, sustainability, aesthetics, and feasibility within the context of the company’s master plan.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to architects and designers to enhance the quality and compliance of architectural proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• Professional certification or licensure as an architect.
• Proven experience (10 years) working in architectural design, urban planning, or related roles, preferably within the real estate development industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
