Job Title: Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a highperforming sales team.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase sales conversion rates and average deal size.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate deals and close sales.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software is an advantage
- Certification in sales, leadership, or real estate is an advantage.
