We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a highperforming sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales conversion rates and average deal size.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software is an advantage
  • Certification in sales, leadership, or real estate is an advantage.
