Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of all activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3-5 years management experience in recreational facility management, entertainment venue management, hospitality management, leisure and amusement management, or retail management.
