Job Title: Commissioning Instrument and Control Superintendent

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Roles

• Ensures that all activities within his area of responsibility are done in full compliance with QHSE requirements.
• Ensures that all instrumentation work is carried out in the most professional manner at all times.
• Verifies that the Commissioning & Start-up requirements are accounted in the engineering documents.
• Takes part in project planning & scheduling.
• Issues progress reports within his area of responsibility.
• Contributes to the planning and scheduling of the job routines of the Maintenance Plan of the project, assign resources, materials and logistics.
• Ensure the implementation of the Process Control Protection System Override Register.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates should possess an Engineering Degree / Higher Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or its equivalent in recognized Institution.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in such position in a well-established organization or related organization
• Must be certified in the following areas of competence:
  • Certified Automation Professional (CAP)
  • International Society of Automation or its equivalent Body (ISA) Certified Project/Quality Manager.
