Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
• Collaborate with program managers, staff, and external partners to drive innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement in program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7-10 years senior leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, with a focus on operational management, program development, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budget analysis, data-driven decision-making, and performance measurement tools to assess organizational effectiveness and outcomes.
