Job Summary

• We're seeking an exceptional night club manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant night club.
• The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure a safe enjoyable and profitable experience for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage nightclub operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise staff, including bartenders, servers, security and DJs.
• Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and concerns.
• Foaster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
• Manage nightly revenue, deposits and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor and control expenses, optimizing profitability.
• Develop and execute marketing plan to attract new customers.
• Collaborate with promoters, DJs, and event organizers
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, emergency procedures, and club policies.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree/HND with 3-5 years of work experience.
• Special certificate in hospitality Management or a related field.
• More education or experience may be preferred.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
