We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- The position holder is expected to provide leadership and management direction to legal practitioners within the firm.
- This person is also an adviser to the Managing Partner and other senior management of the Firm on legal matters, governance and policy.
- Other responsibilities will also include overseeing all business administration, support functions and non-attorney staff coordination to ensure e accomplishment of the strategic goals and objectives of the firm.
Educational Requirements and Skills
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10 years post bar experience in commercial and corporate law, finance and/oil and gas legal experience.
- Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Other Considerations:
- Prospective employees should be prepared to work in any part of the country.
- Candidates must possess strong undergraduate academic records.
