Job Title: Human Resources (HR) / Administrative Officer

Job Description
- Our client requires a brilliant, honest and diligent individual to grow with its team as HR/Admin Officer.
Key Areas of Responsibility (Summary)
- Assist with administrative functions related to recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including liaising with government agencies, maintaining records, files and databases.
- Assist in managing branch expansion and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and carrying out some procurement functions including fleet management.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to the bank's policies.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Tech / HND in Business Administration, OTM, Management Sciences or any other related discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and writing skills.
- Preferrably male; for gender balance.
Remuneration
- Salary: N300,000 Monthly.
- There is a high prospect for career growth.
