Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team. This role will support the development, implementation, and administration of HR initiatives and policies across various functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting a positive work culture.
  • Monitor performance evaluation processes and assist in executing employee development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
