Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3 years proven experience in sales, ideally within Telecom.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the IT & Telecom sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
