Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information on products, services, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
