Mission
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitoring performance and progress.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review project updates and address challenges.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project outputs meet established quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and provide updates on project progress and changes.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Adapt plans and strategies to overcome unforeseen challenges.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Building Engineering, or a related field (required).
- 3-5 years of experience in project supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, etc).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
