Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Credit Officer at Lendha in Lagos.
• The Senior Credit Officer will be responsible for overseeing credit processes, managing credit risk, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Additionally, the Senior Credit Officer will lead a team of credit professionals and collaborate with other departments to optimize credit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline from accredited polytechnic or University with NYSC discharge certificate or NYSC Exclusion Letter.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Microfinance institute
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Good relationship and communication skills with strong team spirit 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Good computer skills 
• Real motivation to work and grow in a performance based environment
• Taste for fieldwork.
