Job Title: E-commerce Fulfillment Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: E-commerce Manager, Logistics Manager, or Operations Manager

Job Description

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders, coordinating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment:

• Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately.
• Verify order information, inventory availability, and shipping details.
• Pack and ship orders, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
• Manage order status updates and communication with customers.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels, tracking stock movements and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.

Shipping and Logistics:

• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage shipping rates, labels, and tracking information.
• Resolve shipping-related issues and customer complaints.

Returns and Refunds:

• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve return-related issues.
• Analyze return trends to improve fulfillment processes.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor fulfillment metrics (shipping times, accuracy, etc.).
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
•  Provide insights and recommendations to optimize fulfillment processes.

Collaboration:

• Work with ecommerce team to ensure seamless order processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with customer service team to resolve customer issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms, inventory management software, and shipping systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and data-driven thinking.
