Job Title: Company Driver
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and other items to designated locations on time.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections, and maintain cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company regulations and safety protocols.
- Plan and follow efficient routes, using navigation tools and stay informed about traffic updates.
- Assist with loading and offloading of goods when necessary.
- Report any issues with the vehicle to the appropriate department immediately.
- Maintain a log of trips, fuel usage and other relevant data.
- Keeping accurate time of the company vehicle’s coming in and going out.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a driver with 2 years minimum
- Knowledge of traffic regulations and routes within location/area.
- Strong punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Driver must have basic mechanical knowledge.
