Job Title: Finance Officer (Chartered)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained.
• Participate in the budgeting process and assist in tracking expenditures.
• Provide variance analysis and recommendations for cost control.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with statutory requirements.
• Conduct profitability analysis and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and advice.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting or a related field.
• Must be a qualified ICAN (Chartered Accountant).
• 3 - 4 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
