Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee the operations of our real estate company.
• The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth and profitability.
• This role will involve managing various aspects of the business, including property management, sales, leasing, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies to achieve long-term goals.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and lease renewals.
• Lead the sales and leasing teams to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of real estate professionals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in real estate, with experience in property management, sales, and leasing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate finance.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary

• N200,000 monthly.
