Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Engineering Manager at Oxygen X in Lagos.
- The Backend Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading teams, overseeing software development projects, managing integrations, and ensuring project success through effective engineering management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Software Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
- Software Development expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and NodeJS
- Project Management experience
- Integration knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
