Job Title: Brand Development Executive

Locations: Ikorodu, Alimosho, Ojo, Surulere, Kosofe, Apapa, Epe, Ajao, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Lagos-Island & Ajah - Lagos

Job Overview

  • The Brand Development Executive will be responsible for determining Opinion Leaders and promotional locations in their respective areas, conducting Detailing/Presentation/Sampling activities and running according to plan, conducting promotional activities and being responsible for promo materials, preparing budgets and reports on their use, as well as reports on marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine the OL (Opinion Leader) and the place of product promotion and adjust to the specified target
  • Continue distribution of purchase orders to sales teams at branches or authorized Distributors.
  • Evaluate the process and ensure Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities are on target
  • Evaluate processes and visit Opinion Leaders regarding Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities
  • Evaluate the process and ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to the concept, procedures, and targets set.
  • Ensure that promotional materials are in accordance with set concepts, procedures and targets
  • Ensure the emergence of consumer confidence related to product benefits through Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities to Opinion Leaders
  • Ensure activities related to external parties are in accordance with the targets and time set
  • Disseminate knowledge and expertise to other employees to support the creation of a high performance organization.
  • Propose the needs of each business process that is the field of work
  • Preparation of activity reports and administration of operational activities.

Requirements

  • OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the same position in medical line will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to ride a bike.
  • Must have a valid rider’s card.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
  • Male preferably.
