Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Description
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for our travel agency.
- This role will involve handling various office tasks, including managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, processing travel bookings, and assisting with the smooth operation of the office.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff and clients.
- Assist with processing travel bookings, confirmations, and payments.
- Maintain office filing systems, ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Assist in creating and maintaining customer records and travel itineraries.
- Assist with preparing and sending out client correspondence, such as booking confirmations, invoices, and travel-related information.
- Assist with creating reports and managing travel data.
- Support Travel Consultants with various tasks as needed, including preparing client proposals, travel itineraries, and promotional materials.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the travel industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Experience with travel booking software is a plus.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
