Job Summary

• As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily activities on the floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• This role involves supervising staff, maintaining operational excellence, and addressing guest needs with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide floor staff to ensure efficient and exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the floor area.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
• Monitor compliance with hotel policies, standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist in onboarding and training team members to meet performance expectations.
• Work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure smooth coordination.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and provide feedback to management as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry (at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards is an advantage.
