Job Overview

• Our client is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Associate with a strong technical background and well-established relationships within the industry. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the entire business development lifecycle, preparing tender documents, and leveraging industry connections to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documents and project proposals.
• Oversee end-to-end business development cycles, from opportunity identification to contract execution.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Leverage grounded relationships in the Oil and Gas sector to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Management or Geosciences.
• Experience: At least 3 years of proven business development experience in the Oil and Gas sector.

Skills:

• Expertise in tender preparation and submission.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Salary Range
NGN 450,000 - 550,000 per month.
