We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Officer

Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work days: Monday-Saturday
Work Hours: 9 am-5:00 pm.

Role Purpose

  • The specific objective of the telesales role is to sell our client's products over digital channels particularly phone calls and Whatsapp Business. This means the ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
  • They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts which lead to converting potential leads into actual transactions.
  • The goal of the telesales officer is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods purchases, and reactions to products.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
  • Answering customers’ questions on the products
  • Meeting sales quotas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND / NCE / OND with 0-5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Persuasive and persuasive sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system.
  • A passion for haircare and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.
