Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Badagry, Lagos

Description 

• We are looking for a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of documents, packages, and supplies between our office, healthcare facilities, and other locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely Deliveries: Ensure prompt delivery of medical supplies, documents, and packages to designated locations within and outside the organization.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the dispatch vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and regularly serviced.
• Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries, ensuring timely and safe arrival at all destinations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including proper documentation such as delivery notes and receipts.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the logistics team and other departments regarding delivery schedules, delays, and any issues encountered during deliveries.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all road safety rules and regulations, ensuring a high standard of safety while on the road.
• Customer Service: Represent Bioclinix Diagnostics Centre with professionalism and courtesy when delivering to clients and healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• A valid motorcycle rider’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of roads and locations within the city/region.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Ability to handle and manage documents and packages responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
