Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager.
- The IT Manager will be responsible for implementing technology strategies, managing the day-to-day operations of the IT functions, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Ensure the security, integrity and availability of all IT systems and data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement long-term technology strategies to align with business objectives.
- Conduct technology research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and threats.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
- Certifications: ITIL, MCITP, or equivalent certifications.
- Excellent technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
