We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Surveyor

Location: Ijora, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conducting land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries.
• Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
• Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project requirements.
• Using specialized equipment and technology, such as GPS, GIS, and CAD software, to collect and analyze data.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Providing expert advice on land use and development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Surveyor's license (preferred).
• Proven experience in land surveying and mapping.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., GPS, GIS, CAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
