We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Email Marketer

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing, mobile-optimized templates.
• Segment email lists and create targeted campaigns for different customer groups.
• Monitor and analyze email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Implement automated workflows, such as welcome emails and re-engagement campaigns.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with legal regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to align email efforts with overall business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as an Email Marketer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email reporting tools) to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving marketing trends.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
